FSBO SILVER  We list your home on MLS, Realtor.com, Homes.com, HomeRebateRealty.com PLUS numerous other websites. We include one exterior photo with the listing. We will provide one set "comps" for your area to aid you in proper pricing. You are responsible for your own yard signs and ads. You decide if you want Realtors to show your home and how much to them IF they find a buyer for your home. You are also responsible for showing your home, holding open houses, and negotiating the sales contract. The cost is $248.00 payable upfront for the first month and $48.00 per month automatically charged to your debit or credit card* in the second and subsequent months. You may cancel the listing anytime after the first month.

FSBO GOLD We list your home on MLS, Realtor.com, Homes.com. HomeRebateRealty.com PLUS numerous other websites. We include up to ten high quality digital photos with your listing plus write a descriptive marketing headline. We will provide you with area "comps" before you set the price as well as "comps"  and "web hit statistics" periodically to evaluate your pricing strategy and evaluate offers that you receive. We will provide you with a quality "For Sale by Owner" sign. You decide if you want Realtors to show your home and how much to pay them if they find a buyer for your home. You are responsible for showing you home, holding open houses, and negotiating the sales contract.The one time cost is $498.00 payable upfront by check or credit card*.  This fee is good until your home sells or you decide to withdraw the listing.

PLATINUM We list and sell your home for 4.0% period! We do all the work and you pay us 4.0% of the sales price when we sell your home.
